Research & Benchmarking

Benchmarking Saudi Digital Experiences

The proposal benchmarks leading Saudi and regional digital experiences to identify useful patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the SDA ecosystem.

  1. Consistent design systems and visual patterns can improve predictability and navigation.

  2. Task-oriented information architecture and clear content guidance reduce friction.

  3. User feedback mechanisms can create a continuous improvement loop.

  4. Government content should be easier to scan and understand for non-expert audiences.

  5. Clear visual hierarchy, contextual headings, and recognizable interactive elements improve discoverability.

  6. Deep navigation benefits from clearer segmentation and breadcrumbs.

  7. Important regulatory information can be surfaced as native web content instead of relying on PDFs.

  8. Accessibility and inclusive design should give users greater control over content consumption.
