Osimah developed the Nusuk application, the official digital platform approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which serves more than 1.8 million users a year. This multi-channel system was designed to serve pilgrims, organizers and the Ministry's staff, and it simplifies every stage of the pilgrimage journey: from booking tickets and visa applications through to coordinating services and real-time updates. As the exclusive platform enabling official participation in Hajj, Nusuk marks a turning point in the digital transformation of one of the largest annual gatherings in the world.

We carried out a proof of concept (PoC) for the user experience design, focused on the guest-facing Super App, using user journey maps, prototypes and design validation to create an experience that simplifies trip planning and interaction while reflecting Red Sea Global's (RSG) core identity of luxury and sustainability. The design unifies hospitality, mobility and concierge services in one smooth and simple mobile experience.

Osimah prepared comprehensive product documentation and technical specifications for the MBS Non-Profit City App. In addition, Osimah designed a prototype for the Misk Super App project, covering features such as smart parking, electric vehicle services, smart navigation, city services, events and much more.

Osimah is currently working with Invest Saudi on the design and development of a new mobile application built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The application aims to give investors seamless access to investment opportunities, resources and insights, reflecting Invest Saudi's mission of strengthening the Kingdom's investment ecosystem through world-class digital experiences.

Osimah partnered with the King Fahd Causeway Authority to develop its mobile application. Drawing on our design expertise, we created an easy-to-use, intuitive application that makes navigation straightforward and gives seamless access to essential travel information and services. Our design solutions set out to improve the overall travel experience, enabling travelers to plan and manage their journeys across the causeway with real efficiency.

We are proud to have launched the entirely new mobile application for United Insurance Company (UIC), which we redesigned from the ground up to give users a faster, smoother and easier experience. Through an improved interface, a simplified payment process and better performance, the application lets users manage their insurance with ease. Key features include seamless claim submission and tracking, rapid policy updates, and complaint handling directly inside the application.

Osimah designed and developed the Hayyak application, built with Flutter exclusively for stc employees. The application was carefully designed to simplify onboarding for new joiners, providing smooth task management and making the various work-related activities easier to carry out.

The Sehhaty application offers comprehensive health services to individuals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Its main aim is to enable users to reach health information and the various electronic medical services provided by the Kingdom's health authorities. Those services include booking COVID-19 test appointments, the virus self-assessment test, vital sign updates, prescribed medication tracking, and others.

Bank Albilad chose Osimah to redesign and deliver a world-class user experience for the Enjaz mobile application. Our team worked closely with Bank Albilad to strengthen the application's design, focusing on improved navigation, visual appeal and overall ease of use. Through an audit of design improvements and the development of user interfaces, we set out to create an intuitive and engaging digital banking experience for Enjaz users.
